A calm, supportive approach
Helping children and teens feel calmer, more confident and better understood.

Many children experience anxiety, overwhelm, low confidence or difficulties engaging with learning or school. At Calm for Young Minds I offer creative emotional wellbeing support and nurturing learning opportunities tailored to each young person's individual needs.

Drawing on my 20 years in education as well as my experience working within specialist SEMH education, I provide a safe, supportive space where children and teens can build confidence, develop emotional regulation skills and reconnect with learning at their own pace.
What I offer
I offer a range of wellbeing services that include one-on-one, group classes, and online session options to accommodate your needs and preferences.
